SpotOn customers with active SSMA agreements are eligible to receive updates, upgrades and product support for no additional charge. Without an active SSMA in force, your software will still run as a full-function product but you will not be eligible for software updates and upgrades. You can purchase software upgrades at the current upgrade price and product support is charged for at a per incident rate.
With the new program we are including the first year of the SSMA Agreement as part of the purchase price for all SpotOn Software products. The effective date of the Agreement is the date the license key was first created. The annual SSMA cost (current cost listed above) will be due on the ANNIVERSARY date of purchase for each software license, commencing AFTER the first year of free support has expired.
If you choose to renew your SSMA at a later date, you will need to bring all SSMA fees current by paying lapsed time since the last SSMA expired at then current prices. For customers with multiple licenses purchased at different times, special pro-rated terms are used to allow all SSMAs to be renewed at the same time.
